I designed and managed the LRF's 2018 Player Sponsorship Campaign, raising USD $15,000 from 25 individual sponsors to support Lao athletes at international competitions. Key activities included preparing sponsorship proposals, drafting sponsorship contracts, and ensuring the completion of all contractual obligations. As the LRF's Sponsorship and Outreach Coordinator, I worked in an English-limited office to maintain our relationships with sponsors and supporters from the private sector, large multinational NGOs, and various embassies. The LRF's work includes youth rugby, domestic club rugby, national teams, capacity building and administrative support. As you head down the steps to the lower floor, you are greeted by the library that has several different furniture configurations. The main Café, located at the top of the stairs, houses a pool table, and bar height seating. Keeping employee satisfaction at their forefront, They provided height adjustable surfaces for all staff, ergonomic task seating, and a private locker room in their concourse level.Īdditionally, They integrated an interconnecting stair in order to encourage intermingling among the two floors. This resulted in the development of a robust working lounge featuring high panel seating pods set in an educational study hall format, enclosed informal lounge meeting rooms, and enclosed shared offices for prolonged project team sessions, all of which have access to natural light.
